Is the global warming debate over? It oughtta be. An authoritative panel concluded that human-caused global warming was "highly likely." Blogfish says that it's time to stop the fuss over "if" and get going on "what do we do about it?" One place to focus...we need healthy oceans if we want to keep fishing as the changes arrive.
