If it were an upside-down catfish (photo at right), the upside-down swimming would be normal. No, this is simply a strange goldfish with an alternative lifestyle.

The upside-down goldfish seems perfectly happy (see photo at left).Speculation is that a problem with his swim bladder has "Aussie" taking a strange posture in the world. Pub customers watch him for hours, and naturally wonder whether he's been imbibing too much. Tweet
